If you are a cheese maker or distributor/retailer we would greatly appreciate hearing from you. Please take a moment to complete the following survey. We’ll send a survey form to you by surface mail or email. Please be certain that we will not disclose any specific information. Data obtained via this survey will be presented only as statistical summaries. No individual data or sources of data will be disclosed.
